Delivery costs

·        Standard UK mainland 2-3 working days (excluding Scottish Highlands) - £3.20

·        Express UK mainland Next working day (excluding Scottish Highlands) -£6.95

·        Isle of Wight -£9.95

·        Scottish Highlands- £9.95

·        UK offshore -£9.95

·        Europe (selected countries) – from £9.95

·        America, Canada and Territories – from £10.95

·        Australia, New Zealand and Pacific – from £10.95

·        Africa and Rest of the World – from £10.95

Delivery times

For next day delivery, orders must be placed before 2.00 PM, otherwise shipment will be made the next working day.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days (over 90% of orders are dispatched within this time frame), however this can vary due to stock availability. You’ll be advised of the estimated delivery date shortly after your order is placed. We often use a courier for next working day.

Please allow an extra working day for delivery to UK offshore and Scottish Highland destinations

Delivery times to European destinations are usually between 3-8 working days

Rest of the world, 7-14 working days

Delivery times are quoted in good faith, we will not accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries

Delay of Delivery:

Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, customs clearance, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. It's advised to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays.

 

For U.K Customers:

For a Refund

·       Customers with in United Kingdom can return the item for a refund or exchange within 7 working days of receipt of merchandise.

·       The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information.

·        We will pay all shipping costs if a return is a result of our error and you are exchanging I for the item you ordered (i.e. Received the wrong length, packaging error, or any defective Item).

·        Refunds are for the product price at the time of purchase only and Postage is non-refundable.

·        Please beware that due to health and safety measures we will NOT accept any used/worn or tempered product.

Important Note:

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will process the refund with in 24-48 hours. Please allow 3-5 working days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement

For an Exchange:

·        You are free to exchange the colour you wish provided that the product is not used/worn or tempered with.

·        If you have received a wrong colour and not sure what colour to exchange it for, you can send your own hair snippet or sample along with the returning item and our hair experts will try their best to match it for you.

·        If you want to change the length/product then you can return the set along with the CHEQUE/POSTAL ORDER/BANK DRAFT payable to TABS ENTERPRISES for the difference, if applicable. Similarly, we will automatically reimburse your money if the exchange is lesser than the initial amount paid.

·        If you have received a wrong product/ not suitable/ not as expected and you are not sure what product you should exchange it for then please fill the returns/exchange form under ‘’My Account’’ or contact us at orders@celebritypremiumhair.co.uk and our representatives will love to help you in choosing the right product. For customers outside United Kingdom

How to set up a return/exchange?

·        Fill the returns/exchange form under ‘’My Account’’

·        Please return the item along with the original packaging in which you received the product.

·        Please also send a copy of the invoice which you received along with the Item.

·        Please write a short note stating whether you want a refund or an exchange.
