Please read carefully our terms and conditions before placing an order. By using our website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.
We accept the following payment methods:

We provide two methods of shipment. Customers can opt to have their order shipped out to them using our standard service. Our standard service takes 1-5 days
Please note* Celebrity Premium Hair are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, bad weather, postal strikes or courier delays. Please keep in mind that public holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
Tracking Your Order
You can also check the status of your order in the order history of my account.
You may exchange any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 7 days of receipt and you will receive a full exchange. Any shipping cost that you incur to return a product to us will not be refunded.
Please note: Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers. We particularly DO NOT ALLOW returns of Wigs due to hygiene reasons.
